1  Standard Conversion Capability

Teye has a professional and highly experienced technical team with deep industry expertise. Many team members hold the title of Senior Engineer and have been engaged in the rail materials industry for years, mastering various standards and specifications. When faced with new standards and requirements, the team efficiently interprets and converts them into precise production drawings, ensuring that every detail adheres strictly to the required specifications.

1.2  R & D Team

Teyes R&D team is highly skilled, consisting of over 80 experts, including academicians, professors, PhDs, and masters degree holders specializing in materials science, mechanical engineering, and rail transit technologies.

 

To drive technological advancements, the R&D team has established close collaborations with leading institutions, including:

• Beijing Railway Bureau

Tsinghua University

• Beijing University of Technology

• Beijing University of Science and Technology

• China Academy of Railway Sciences

 

Through these partnerships, Teye has successfully tackled numerous technical challenges, transforming laboratory innovations into real-world applications.

 

2.2  Research Achievements

Over the past two decades, Teye has demonstrated strong research and innovation capabilities, achieving:

• 11 major research projects at or above the ministerial level

• 34 product technology reviews at or above the ministerial level

• 6 scientific and technological achievement appraisals

 

One significant milestone is Teyes 30-ton axle load heavy-haul turnout technology, which has passed the China Railway technical review, reaching an internationally advanced level. This breakthrough technology has been successfully applied to Chinas first and second 30-ton axle load heavy-haul railways:

• Zhong Nan Railway

• Zhang Tang Railway

 

Both railway lines have adopted Teyes U20Mn (U20 Manganese) material-based turnouts, demonstrating superior durability, strength, and reliability in heavy-haul railway operations.
